I attend William’s private lessons of English for almost two years now and I’m very satisfied. Every lesson is different from the other. Sometimes we focus more on grammar, at other times we improve active communication, whether by reading or listening to and understanding recordings. William is a very good listener and he senses the needs of his students. He can fit the lessons for everyone in a way that allows for the development of their language skills. If you are looking for a quality teacher, he is definitely the right choice.

William is a well read, intelligent, twisted in the right way and most importantly excellent teacher for adults. He is able to talk to anyone and adjust the lectures based on the needs of his students. He fascinated me the most with his knowledge about history and could instantaneously create a half-hour long lecture about the themes that he allowed us to choose from. I was not only learning the language, but also interesting facts that I had no idea about before.

William has a giant outlook – he always prepares an interesting and captivating theme, which he presents in a playful way. He is flexible and has no problems adjusting lessons to the needs of the student. Every lesson is always relaxing and friendly however - true learning through play. He uses different tools to brighten up the lectures through movies, games, books... at the same time he motivates the student with them to come back to them in their spare time. William is a great lecturer, who I can only highly recommend to everyone for improving their language skills.

I’m learning English since I was 14. From the 18 years I should know a lot by now, right? Until January 2019, except for a few bright exceptions, my lessons of english looked almost identical. Checking of homework, explaining of new curriculum, a list of another XY words torn out of context, saying 2-3 sentences per student (if at all). This is how all of high school and college went. At work I was lucky with lecturers, who tried it differently, but I felt real motivation in January 2019, when I met William. I found out that an english lesson can be comfortable in the same way as meeting a very good friend, with which you always have something to talk about. William will captivate you with his unconventional way of teaching and you will actually forget that you are learning, but either way one lesson is more than XY traditional school lessons (if you can even compare them). In a year I moved a level higher, which is by all means the biggest jump that I made in such a short time. I am a big fan of his and Im confident that William is the best that Bratislava has to offer when it comes to learning a foreign language.
